In Close Die Forging, we handle job weights from 0.100 kg to 75 kg, enabling the production of complex geometries with near-net-shape accuracy. This forging process ensures dimensional precision, minimal material wastage, and superior surface finishes, making it particularly suitable for automotive, aerospace, and heavy machinery applications where tight tolerances and repeatability are essential.

Our Ring Rolling Forging capabilities allow us to manufacture seamless rings with outer diameters ranging from 50 mm to 600 mm, ensuring uniform grain flow, enhanced mechanical properties, and high fatigue resistance.
