Forging Components

At Paresh Equipment Sister Companies, our forging capabilities encompass a diverse range of advanced and precision-driven techniques, ensuring that we meet the varied and exacting demands of industries requiring high-strength, durable, and dimensionally accurate components. By employing cutting-edge forging methodologies, including Belt Drop Hammer Forging, Close Die Forging, and Ring Rolling Forging, we deliver high-performance forged components that exhibit exceptional metallurgical integrity, mechanical strength, and long-term durability.

Our Belt Drop Hammer Forging process offers an extensive capacity range from 0.75 MT to 3 MT, allowing us to forge components with exceptional precision and controlled deformation, thereby ensuring optimized grain structure, superior impact resistance, and enhanced material properties. This technique is ideal for high-strength applications where structural integrity is critical.

In Close Die Forging, we handle job weights from 0.100 kg to 75 kg, enabling the production of complex geometries with near-net-shape accuracy. This forging process ensures dimensional precision, minimal material wastage, and superior surface finishes, making it particularly suitable for automotive, aerospace, and heavy machinery applications where tight tolerances and repeatability are essential.

Our Ring Rolling Forging capabilities allow us to manufacture seamless rings with outer diameters ranging from 50 mm to 600 mm, ensuring uniform grain flow, enhanced mechanical properties, and high fatigue resistance. These rings are critical in applications such as bearings, flanges, gear blanks, and pressure vessel components, where strength, consistency, and load-bearing capacity are paramount.
